The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Navanagar P. S. Case No. 156 of 2017 registered under Sections 354, 468, 469, 471, 509/504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) of I.T. Act.

The petitioner is alleged to be in habit of harassing and putting undue pressure on the minor daughter of the informant. He is also alleged to have taken her photographs while taking bath, changing clothes and call of nature by fraud and deception.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has developed intimacy with the daughter of the informant, as he always visits her house. The photograph etc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60711 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 were taken with consent and there is no truth that he was blackmailing or harassing her.

Be that as it may, since the victim is a minor, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. It is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
