The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant.

Considering the fact that this case is triable by the Magistrate and in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar V State Of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No.15 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
