Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 43110 of 2018, which was rejected vide order dated 19.07.2018 (Annexure-1), however petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case on 20.08.2018 which is evident from Annexure-4. Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58941 of 2018(2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Buxar in connection with Pocso Case No. 26 of 2018 arising out of Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018.
