The report of the trial court indicates that out of 11 chargesheeted witnesses, only five have been examined up till now and six are yet to be examined. The court below has expressed his helplessness and has reported that despite all pains taken by him, the trial could not be concluded within the time stipulated by this Court.

The trial court is now directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of four months from today. In case the trial is not concluded within the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18849 of 2020(3) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 aforesaid period, it would be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again for grant of bail.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
