2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 , 379, and 120(B) of I. P . C and 66 (C) and 66 (d) I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner committed cyber fraud by illegal transaction of money through mobile .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is no evidence against this petitioner to show his complicity in the present case .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. He was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28122 of 2024(3) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 present on the spot at the time of incident but anyhow he managed to flee away on seeing the raiding party. The name of the petitioner has transpired by other co-accused persons and allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the entire cyber crime .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
