CWJC No. 1170/2001 was disposed of on 04.08.2008 directing the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of pension and other benefits in terms of the order passed in CWJC No. 3113/1997 and take a decision in the matter

Patna High Court MJC No.5107 of 2013 dt.18-03-2017 2/2 indicating in the order. The respondents have filed the Show Cause and vide Annexure 'A' dated 25.03.2014 have decided the claim of the petitioner and directed for release of arrears to the petitioner. The Show Cause has been filed on 02.04.2014 and thereafter there is no rebuttal to the same. That being so, for the present, no case is made out for initiating any action for contempt. The amount due and payable to the petitioner in pursuance to the orders 04.08.2008 and dated 25.03.2014, if not already disbursed to the petitioner, shall be paid to the petitioner now within thirty days. That apart, if the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting with regard to the manner in which the claim has been settled, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
