Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 427, 307, 386, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others inebriated condition demanded extortion from the informant. The informant informed the police, then firing was resorted on the shop of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury was caused to the informant's side. It is submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37006 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 406 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
