The petitioner seeks bail in Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No.308 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his wife left his house and became traceless.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the course of investigation, it was found that the petitioner was talking with the wife of the informant but there is no material to show that the petitioner kidnapped the wife of the informant. It has come during the course of investigation that the informant himself scolded his wife when she was beating up her child and on such she left the house.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the

No.60056 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the facts that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence and nobody has seen the petitioner in the company of the wife of the informant, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No.308 of 2017.
