2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 724 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 112(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 10/11 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

3. This is a case of impersonation. The petitioner has impersonated as one of the candidate and has appeared in the exam for constable recruitment. He is in custody since 29.12.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XXVII, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 724 of 2024.
