After some arguments, Mr. Jha submits that the application be disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise the grievance/objection before the Managing Director of the respondent Corporation who may be directed to examine and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Mr. Singh, Counsel for the respondent Corporation, considering the said stand taken by the petitioner, has not objected to disposal of the case.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2199 of 2015 (5) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise the grievance as raised herein before the respondent Managing Director of the Corporation for consideration and disposal in accordance with law as quickly as possible preferably within four weeks from the date of filing/presentation of a copy of this order. Mr. Jha has undertaken to file such representation/objection within three weeks from today.
