Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Delha P.S. Case No.39 of 2019, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that small quantity of liquor made of Mahua is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner. Petitioner is not the owner of the hut but it appears that the hut is owned by the petitioner and from the hut of the petitioner, five litres of liquor made of Mahua was recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the
