JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-04-2021 Mr. Mahesh Narayan Parbat, learned counsel for the respondents, with reference to the counter affidavit, paras 5 and 6 would submit that the petitioner has honestly tried to repay the loan amount.

Considering the aforesaid stand taken by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-Bank and the Bank is expected to consider the request of the petitioner for fixing reasonable instalment for repayment of the loan amount

Patna High Court CWJC No.6367 of 2020(3) dt.12-04-2021 2/2 considering the situations on account of Covid-19 pandemic. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the Bank at the request of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of proposal of the petitioner along with a copy of this order.

In the meanwhile, status quo as of today shall be maintained with regard to subject-matter of the writ petition. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
