The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 226 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the land dispute, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
