JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Prosecution case is that informant is in possession of the land and the accused persons came and started cutting the maize crops, on protest by his son, the accused persons assaulted his son by Lathi & Danda and also by the fire arm. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties as well

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31979 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 as land dispute and no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners, though the injury was shown to be grievous in nature but is on the hand.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S.
