JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the entire allegations of cheating center around against the co-accused Sukhdeo Singh and so far as petitioner is concerned, no doubt, he was caught in Kunal Hotel along with others but, as a matter of fact, petitioner himself was victim of cheating and his entire original documents were seized by the police when police raided Kunal Hotel. It is further submitted that, as a matter of fact, a joining letter was issued to the petitioner and having got the aforesaid joining letter, he along with his original documents had gone to the said Kunal hotel alongwith others for the purpose of joining of his assignment but, in the meantime, police came there

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30393 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 and apprehended the petitioner and others Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 174 of 2016 (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
