The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 627 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302, 34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6220 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 6198 of 2020 which is evident

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19490 of 2020(4) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 from the Anenxure-2 series of the supplementary affidavit, and the case of these petitioners stands on similar footing. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 20.12.2019. Hence, the petitioners may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing their personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st. Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 627 of 2019.
