JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 30 bottles, each containing 400 ml. country made liquor, kept in a bag, and 250 grams Ganja are said to have been recovered from behind the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 08.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- IV, Saharsa in connection with Misc. Case No. 175 of 2016.
