JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the present writ petition was filed, however, the fact remains that the petitioner has filed one another writ petition, prior to the present writ petition, i.e. the one bearing CWJC No.15538 of 2022, which he seeks to prosecute, hence the present writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
