This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jahanabad P.S. Case No.399 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 473 of the B.N.S., 2023.

It is alleged that looted vehicles were parked near the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21223 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Jahanabad P.S. Case No.399 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Sikariya Police Station, District- Jehanabad on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
