JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I). To reinstate the petitioner back in service with full back wages and entire consequential benefits.
(II). In alternative to command the respondents to pay the compensation in monetary form for the entire period of service since the date 30.6.2013 when the petitioner made to retire compulsorily till the date of actual superannuation and provide appointment on compassionate ground to his one of the ward treating this retirement as voluntary

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
