Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(i-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. It appears from perusal of the written report that apprehended co-accused disclosed that the petitioner used to help them and, except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
