The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379, 327, 323, 324, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P.Act. Perused the Mediator reports. Both the parties have compromised the case and husband and wife are living together happily.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, in view of compromise arrived between the parties, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
