The counsel for the petitioners has brought to notice of this Court to Full Bench judgment reported in 2015 (1) PLJR 568 [Ram Gulam Vs. State of Bihar (Full Bench)]. The counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court should review the order dated 5th November 2014 passed in CWJC No. 4067 of 2013.
At the time of passing the order, the judgment now relied upon was not brought to notice of this Court, now pressed in service, cannot be a ground under Order 47, Rule 1 to review the order.
In the present case, the petitioner has not pointed out
Patna High Court C. REV. No.177 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 any error apparent on the face of the record. As this Court has already passed order aforesaid and the petitioner could not point out any error apparent on the face of record, there is no need to review the earlier order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
