2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 31.03.2016 has renewed his prayer for regular bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 272, 379, 411, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of Excise Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 20.05.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22048 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Bikrama Prasad has since been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 28099 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the period of custody as well as the fact that co-accused Bikrama Prasad has been granted bail, let the

No.30411 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016.
