This application has been filed for quashing the interlocutory order dated 11.01.2017 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 47 of 2015 related to Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2008 passed by learned A.D.J.-VI, Buxar for the offences under Section 406, 420 of the IPC and 138 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if the appeal itself is directed to be disposed of expeditiously.
