2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwantnagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 411, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 20(b)(ii) (c)/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. This is the third attempt for bail of the petitioner. Save and except custody period, nothing has changed.

4. A report was called for from the learned trial court regarding stage of the trial and also expected time period within which the trial may likely to conclude, which now

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28248 of 2024(9) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 made available to this Court through letter No. 78 /2024 dated 10.12.2024, as issued from the office of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Bhojpur at Ara.

5. It transpires from the aforesaid report that now all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now this case was fixed for argument of prosecution on 23.12.2024. Through aforesaid letter, it was informed to this Court by learned trial court that the matter may likely to be disposed of within two months counting from 10th of December, 2024.

6. In view of the aforesaid, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the present case within next one month, subject to cooperation of the accused/petitioner.

7. With aforesaid, observation, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
