20-08-2016 Heard Sri Akhauri Kamal Kishore Sahay, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sunil Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation of recovery of one loaded country-made pistol, the petitioner has been detained.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Raj Mangal Paswan @ Raji Paswan @ Rajnish Diwakar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
