Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and her family is to kill the deceased who is the Damad (Son-in-law) of the petitioner's family. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Father-in-law of the deceased. He submits that in this case, the entire family of the petitioner including the wife

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is unbelievable that the family of Sasural shall kill their Damad. He further submits that the petitioner is man of clean antecedent. He is in custody since 17.11.2011, charge sheet has already been filed in this case but he is not aware that whether charge has been framed or not.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that allegation of murder of the deceased was made upon the Father-in-law, Mother-in-law, Brother-in-law and wife of deceased.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present but he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The court below shall release him on bail putting condition of his own satisfaction. With this observation, the bail petition is rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) sadique/- U T
