JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-05-2016 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had applied for grant of arms licence of pistol/revolver on 24.02.2011 but no final decision has been taken as yet by the Licensing Authority. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad (respondent no.3) disclosing that all the recommendations etc. have already been sent to the Licensing Authority.

Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Jehanabad (respondent no.2) to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period
