====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners seek bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both sides have sustained injuries as is evident from the injury report as contained in Annexure-1 to the Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61141 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 17.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018.
