Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks permission to make rectification in the prayer portion of the bail application.
Permission is accorded.
This is the second attempt of the petitioner seeking bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 38246 of 2021 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 14.06.2022
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20616 of 2022(4) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 and in support the same he produces certified copy of the order dated 14.06.2022 by which charges were framed. The certified copy of the order framing charges is kept on record. Since charges have been framed against the petitioner, the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 252 of 2020. Further, if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned court below shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
