The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 registered under Sections 342, 376(D), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Further he submits that in the instant case, final form has already been submitted, as contained in the Annexure-2 to the bail application Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Court, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
