SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-08-2015 In compliance of my order dated 03.08.2015, Managing Director, BISCOMAUN is present and states that if this Court will direct for payment of arrears of salary of the father of the petitioner to him, the same shall be paid though his turn as per seriatim is likely to come after one year.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he belongs to weaker section of the society and he does not have any regular

Patna High Court MJC No.4195 of 2014 dt.04-08-2015 2/2 income for survival. In the circumstances, he requires immediate payment of arrears of salary due to his father so that he may stand on his feet.

Appreciating the concern of the petitioner, Managing Director is requested to make payment of arrears of salary of the father of the petitioner within one week.

It is, however, made clear that this order shall not be treated as precedent for other cases.
