The present petition is against the cognizance order dated 26.4.2013 by which the order aforesaid has been passed asking the petitioner to face trial under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint, the petitioners were running an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36586 of 2015(2) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 NGO and the informant who owns the premises alleged that on 13.6.2012 when the informant and his wife came at the said house from Dehri-on-Sone, they saw that pipes, fans, fitting of generator as also the stone fitting of Rs. 1,60,000/-were removed from the his house. Upon enquiry, it came to knowledge that these two accused persons couple, through the electrician got the same removed. Accordingly, the FIR. Considering the allegation that has come, the learned Court has rightly taken cognizance, no case to interfere in the order is made out and the same is dismissed. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
