The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nawada (Bundel Khand) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 498(A), 379, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It has been submitted that these petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and Nand of the informant. From the written report itself it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4450 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Nawada (Bundel Khand) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
