JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-01-2015 Let the petitioner appear before the Additional District Magistrate- cum- District Incharge Officer, Mid-day Meal, Nawadah, respondent no.4, with regard to her explanation based on the enquiry report which led to issuance of Annexure- 3. If the petitioner files such an application within 15 days from today with a copy of this order, the said authority will verify the authenticity thereof and pass a fresh order on the liability, if any, of the petitioner. In view of the same, Annexure- 3 is quashed since it is alleged that it has been passed in violation of principle of natural justice. If the petitioner fails to file her response within 15 days from today, Annexure- 3 will revive.
