JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the officials of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University (opposite party nos. 2 to 5).

The present contempt application has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 21.01.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1040 of 2010.

Learned counsel for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University (opposite party nos. 2 to 5) submits that in compliance

Patna High Court MJC No.5733 of 2011 dt.13-03-2015 of the order of the writ Court, the claim of the petitioner has been considered by the University and admitted dues has already been paid to the petitioner and regarding which the petitioner has also been informed, which would appear from paragraph 8 of the show cause filed on behalf of the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University (opposite party no. 4).

Since the order, under contempt, has been complied with by the opposite party no.4 and also admitted by the petitioner, therefore, no further action is required. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
