A motorcycle has been seized from the Darwaja of the petitioner regarding which, it has been said to be stolen one. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that admittedly house of the petitioner lies by the side of road. Seeing the police, the miscreants might have parked the vehicle in front of Darwaza of petitioner by the side of the road, which has wrongly been perceived by the police whereupon apprehended the petitioner and on account thereof, is under custody since 16.05.2016. Furthermore, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33702 of 2016 (02) dt.18-08-2016 On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Indrajit Yadav @ Bholu @ Bollu Yadav @ Indrajit is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bagaha in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.
