The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that the daughter of the informant was married with Jitendra Sah. She was tortured in her sasural by the husband and other accused persons. On 12.9.2016 he received information that her daughter was done to death by the accused persons for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

No.3342 of 2017 (2) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners No. 1 and 2 are parents-in-law whereas petitioners No. 3 and 4 are Dewar of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. From the complaint petition it appears that a compromise petition has already been filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 352 of 2016, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
