Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No. 479 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. There is case and counter case between the parties. In the alleged occurrence both the parties have sustained injuries. The injury is found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.01.2020.
