The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 537 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A)/30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against petitioners are recovery of 100 kilogram of Mahua Flower from the vehicle in which they were traveling. Petitioners have submitted that it was a commercial vehicle and they were sitting as a passenger. They have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 13.05.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing
