27-01-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 23 and Sri Rana Vikram Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 9, submits that in view of establishment of State Teachers Appellate Tribunal, the writ petition may be disposed of so that the petitioner may approach the Tribunal.
In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order passed by the District Teachers
Patna High Court CWJC No.9278 of 2011 (4) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 Employment Appellate Authority.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
It goes without saying that the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 20.05.2011 till date may be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
