ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in C.R. No. 611/2011 bearing Trial No.. 2136/2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 379, 498 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though he had been ready to keep the complainant with full dignity, love and care but the complainant had no occasion to live with the petitioner and she had filed the present case under Section 498A and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code for prosecuting the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the complainant had already re-married and there is no scope of any re-conciliation.

No.39375 of 2014 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur in connection with C.R. No. 611/2011, Trial No. 2136/2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P.C.
