JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of call details and after that he was arrested. The petitioner is in jail custody since 08.04.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bajar P.S.
