1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case no.418 of 2022 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on a search being conducted a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 6.11.2022 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody for 6 months since 6.11.2022, not having any criminal antecedent and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case no.418 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge- XV, Bhagalpur.
