2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other coaccused persons assaulted the informant with iron rod and butt of pistol.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner's name has been disclosed in the FIR as Kari Yadav son of not known to the informant. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner is Kari
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18988 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/3 Paswan son of Umesh Paswan. The said Kari Yadav is a different person. Petitioner has no concern with the said occurrence. It is also submitted that allegation against all the accused persons is general and omnibus in nature. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner or Kari Yadav. As per the injury report, the injury received by the informant is simple in nature. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Raushan Kumar and Sunny Kumar have been granted bail vide order dated 07.03.2025 & 21.03.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10925 of 2025 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 11879 of 2025 respectively. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020, he/they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
