ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 21-03-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that though the authorities have paid the entire amount pertaining to the work done by the petitioner. The authorities have not paid the maintenance amount due towards the maintenance. Learned counsel has prayed this Hon'ble Court to permit him to file a suitable representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6364 of 2024(6) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 authority concerned for payment of the maintenance amount.

2. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation within a period of two weeks from today in so far as the maintenance work is concerned. On such representation being given, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and necessary orders passed. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be true, the authority shall take necessary steps for making the payments. In case, the authorities are in the considered view that the amount paid includes the maintenance work, they shall pass a reasoned orders giving the reasons of such rejection.

3. With the above observation, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
