The writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "a). To direct the respondent to immediately restrain themself from harassing the teacher whose certificates are genuine, in the name of Vigilance inquiry through out the State of Bihar. b). To direct the respondent specially respondent no.6 to keep the vigilance inquiry within the limit of verification genuineness of Certificates of the teachers who have been appointed from 2006 onwards till date and not to harass and blackmail the teachers on other ground which is strictly prohibited by the Hon'ble Court in its order dtd. 10-5-2015

c) To grant any other relief- reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under the facts and circumstances of the instant case."
The petitioner's writ application is based on nothing more than an apprehension. There is no specific instance of alleged harassment.
It is trite law that till any tangible threat or apprehension is manifest and existing there is no occasion for this Court to exercise writ jurisdiction.
The writ petition is disposed of.
