JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 The petitioner is the informant of SC & ST Gaya P.S.Case No. 44 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(iv),(v) and (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. By filing the present application under Articles 226
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.19 of 2014 (3) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 and 227 of the Constitution of India, a prayer has been made to direct the official respondents to complete the investigation of the aforesaid police case and submit charge sheet against respondent nos.10 to 14.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.6. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the police have already concluded the investigation into the matter and submitted charge sheet against all the F.I.R. named accused persons.
Since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the application has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
