Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 358 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is the second wife of Md. Kamruddin and there is no direct evidence against her of having participated in the killed of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20174 of 2022(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makdhdumpur P.S. Case No. 358 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
